Taking that first step and beginning therapy takes courage.
That’s why it’s so important that you feel comfortable and safe with your therapist.
Over a number of years I have helped people of all ages and from all walks of life. This experience was gained providing psychotherapy in WPF Therapy’s busy London Bridge Clinic and within community mental health services in West London. Whilst my former career as a senior executive in editing and magazine publishing gave me first-hand experience of the pressures and stress of modern-day living.
All of this means I can approach your problems and feelings, whatever they may be, with a mature, understanding and open mind.
I always adhere to professional standards and am a member of the BACP, UKCP and the FPC, abiding by their codes of practice, ethics and confidentiality.
I trained at the West London Pastoral Foundation and hold a post graduate qualification in psychodynamic psychotherapy from the University of Roehampton.
